How to use:

Can be used twice a day or when needed before and after your menstrual cycle. Wash with clean hands or a gentle wash cloth. Safe for the entire body men and women. 

Cautions:

This product is natural based and may or may not cause slight sensitivity. Do a small test skin patch to check for sensitivity. If you find the product is too potent for you, add water to the palm of your hands or to the wash cloth then add the product and apply to the area. This will help to dilute the potency to minimize sensitivity. No reported side effects. Results may vary.
